Returns and Refunds Policy

At Ejlal Online, we strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, we are always ready to assist you.

Return Policy: If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you have 3 days from the date of receipt to return the item for refund. Please note that we can only accept items in their original condition, with all tags and packaging still intact.

Ejlal online will only refund, if:
  1. Orders have been delayed.
  2. Orders have not been received.
  3. Product damaged.
  4. Incorrect or missing product.

Email us ejlalonline@outlook.com including your name, date, content and with photos or videos of the damaged item to prove damage. If the photo cannot prove the products are damaged, please upload the video.

Refund Policy: Once we have received your returned item, we will inspect it and update you on the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original payment method. The credit should appear in your account within 10 to 15 business days, subject to the policies of your card issuer.

Note: Products will not be accepted for return, if:

  •  The buyer does not like it.
  •  The product description is not real.
  •  Products smell unusual.
  •  The buyer ordered the wrong items.
  •  The shipping address was provided incorrectly.
  •  Product difference was negotiated in advance.
  • Tracking information deleted by logistics companies or local post offices.
